Why I started OVO
I live in Saltsjöbaden. In 2024 I started helping neighbours and friends rent out their homes while they were away. I quickly noticed how many wanted to but held back: worrying about who would stay there, all the work with guests, keys and cleaning, and big platforms where an owner is just one of many.
So I started Pernvik Properties. We looked after every home personally, met the owners and knew who was staying. It worked, and more homes followed.
OVO Living is the next step: our own platform, built the same way. We review every home, all guests and hosts verify their identity, and there is always a real person who answers. The goal is simple: you should be able to leave without worrying about your home.
From Pernvik Properties to OVO Living
2024
Pernvik Properties starts in Saltsjöbaden. The first homes are rented out for neighbours and friends.
Summer 2026
Around SEK 700,000 in bookings for homes in Saltsjöbaden, Ingarö and Värmdö, Gärdet, Östermalm and Nacka.
2026
We become OVO Living, with our own platform. 20 homes and SEK 1 million in bookings during the year.
Where we are
Today we look after homes in Saltsjöbaden, Ingarö and Värmdö, Gärdet, Östermalm and Nacka. Owners anywhere in Sweden can list their home, and we accept co-host requests wherever you live.
